Jason,
Unless I'm not understanding your notes in your track you might want to edit if your not wanting other sites to host the download.
This is what I found while reading, see underlined below.
By the way Nice job on the track and credit to all involved...Very nice work guys..

=======================================================
AGREEMENT OF USE
=======================================================

THIS UPDATED TRACK CAN BE HOSTED WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT UNDER ONE STIPULATION, AND THAT IS THE EXE CAN NOT BE MODIFIED IN ANY WAY. THIS IS TO RETAIN PROPER CREDITS. THE HOST SITE AGREES TO KEEP THE FILES UPDATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS AGREEMENT. THE SAFER BARRIER PROJECT TEAM TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR FILES DOWNLOADED FROM OTHER WEBSITES. IT IS IN THE USERS BEST INTEREST TO DOWNLOAD STRAIGHT FROM THE SBP SITE.

========================================================================================================
FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THIS DOCUMENT COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES.....(i.e loss of site membership)
========================================================================================================

Let's keep this Project going by simply complying with the above statement.

Use of this track by installation into a racing simulator constitutes agreement with this and the following statement:

Thank you for downloading this updated track!!

In an effort to keep NASCAR Racing 2003 Season Sim developed by Papyrus the BEST racing sim out there, we have dedicated our time to keeping the tracks, as well as other things, up-to-date in the sim.

A LOT of time has been put into this and the other tracks so please at least give credit where credit is due.

Thank You,

Jason A. Skrocki

Yes, this is obviously the agreement that is presented in all tracks we release publicly. What has been happening ongoingly, which was quite obvious even in the case with Hobo Racing, is that if you read closely it clearly states that the EXE (to the original track download) cannot be modified!!!....It also clearly states that it is "in the users best interest to download straight from the SBP site"!!! Not only that, but the two tracks mostly in question are the ones that fall under our paid Premium Access section...those being our latest Texas 2015 and also our 60th Anniversary Edition of Darlington. These particular tracks fall under a special category to which are only available to those members who submit a paid subscription to. It is with these tracks (and hopefully more to follow) that we have the most concern for.

It is true and has come to our attention that we have taken a lenient stance up to this point on keeping those who download our content and post to their own site in an effort to make tracks available to those that participate in their league, series, etc....this leniency has become a bit laxed in that we were holding those groups that do tend to post our content to their own site accountable for doing so and keeping them responsible and in a high regard to the fact that these special tracks are for paid members only and for them to understand and have the morality to know these tracks should not be posted publicly and freely available in the same manner that Hobo Racing has done.

So, for no other reason than possibly our own ignorance and leniency at SBP, we felt by putting those that choose to post our content (including our Premium Access) to their own site that there was and is an understanding that their actions in doing so is disrespectful and immoral. We would much rather have those seeking our content come to the source rather than seek out third-party sites such as Hobo Racing.

With all that being said, we are taking a much closer look and updating our agreements in such a way that there will hopefully be no question as to what our members, both potential and current, should do and not do with content they download from our site.

This saddens me beyond words...but I'll try and put some syllables together...

SBP's work is appreciated, absolutely. There will always be those "bad eggs" that cannot and will not abide with the rules, either the written ones or the "code" that decent folks conduct themselves with.

Speaking of "codes"... might I suggest a code system for the Premium members to use that would help weed out the jerks that would ruin it for those of us that have indicated our support via paying for the privileges to have the Premium content?

We have looked into applying a "coding system" but the main thing have tried to do is keep this simple and without adding additional expense to implement. Our initial approach here has been to simply keep those that download our content, Premium or otherwise, on the honor system. This approach has obviously proven not to work. So, we are taking another approach and simply confronting those that don't abide by our policies in much the same fashion that we have done with Hobo Racing.

Keep in mind that this is not the approach that we would like to have to take, but it is one that is at our disposal. We do have certain rights to the works and content that we produce here and we have every right to protect them.
